The Test Designer requires a user name and password to access it. There are two levels of security within the Test Designer a ‘Normal user’ and an ‘Admin user’; the Admin user can create other users and perform administrative functions.
When the Test Designer is installed, a default Admin user is created, the user name and password for this are:
For version 8.50 and above
User name: admin
Password: admin
For versions prior to 8.50
User name: netsupport
Password: school
